The letters O.T.O. stand for Ordo Templi Orientis, the Order of Oriental Templars, or Order of the Temple of the East. The O.T.O. is dedicated to the high purpose of securing the Liberty of the Individual and his or her advancement in light, Wisdom, Understanding, Knowledge, and Power. This is accomplished through Beauty, Courage, Wit, on the Foundation of Universal Brotherhood.

Heru-Ra-Ha Lodge is an official body of the O.T.O. serving the Orange County California metropolitan area. The first Lodge chartered under the auspices of Thelema Grand Lodge O.T.O. and the oldest continually running O.T.O. bodies in the world, it has served the Thelemic Community of Southern California under the same Mastership since its charter was signed by Hymenaeus Alpha, 777 X Degree (Grady L. McMurtry) on January 7, 1978 E.V. In the last few years Heru-Ra-Ha Lodge has focused on weekly classes in Magick and the Western Mystery Traditions.

HRH Lodge is committed to the promotion and promulgation of the law of Thelema locally and throughout the world.
